Our one-day retreat series offers Black Women an opportunity to be in community with like-minded women for a day of relaxation, self-care, and exploration in cities within the US.  

The goal is to be intentional about slowing down, stepping away from daily stressful environments, and embarking on experiences where most of the planning is done for you within a safe and secure community that calms your nervous system. 

The Itinerary times are subject to change.

• 9:30am - Private Group Transportation from (MDW/ORD)
• 10:00 am- Starbucks Reserve Roastery for a latte or your favorite drink and breakfast. (Favorite Latte Included)
• 11:00am - Exploration & Shopping on Magnificent Mile
• 12:00pm - Exploration, Group Lunch on the Beautiful Navy Pier
• 4:00 - 6:00pm - Self-Care at 5 Star Ancient Bath Spa, including 30-minute massage. 
• 6:15pm - Private Group Transportation to (MDW/ORD)

We take pride in offering intimate retreats that allow our hosts to provide individual focus for the enjoyment of our attendees. Our group size is 8-15, including host (s). 

What is the investment for the one-day retreat? 

The one-day retreat requires an investment of $500 in your wellness. 

Is there an installment plan available, or does the investment need to be paid in full at booking? 

All of our domestic and International retreats offer the option of flexible installments as a convenience to our attendees. The $500 investment requires the following installments:

• Deposit (non-refundable) - $50
• July Installment - $225
• August Installment.- $225

How do I reserve my spot for the one-day retreat? 

You can reserve your spot for the one-day retreat by selecting the "Reserve Your Spot Now!" link below and making the $50 deposit. 

What happens if I need to cancel?

Due to the timing of this retreat, no refunds will be issued. However, if for some reason an attendee is unable to attend, her spot is transferable to other Black Woman 21+ years. 

If the retreat balance is paid in full, the spot is fully transferable. If the retreat balance is not paid in full, the balance will be transferred to the new attendee for payment. 

We encourage all attendees to secure travel insurance to protect their investment in the event they cannot attend. 

Is there a different cost if I don't want to participate in an activity on the itinerary?

Yes. Depending on the activity that you do not want to participate in, the retreat investment may be reduced. Please feel free to email us at contactus@fwrbw.com to confirm. 

What if I want to stay over one or two nights in Chicago? 

You have full autonomy on how long you want to explore Chicago. However, transportation to/from the airport and retreat activities are only offered on September 25th. There will be no adjustment to the retreat investment related to stayover expenses.
