Retreat Investment & Balance Installments:

The retreat investment is $500. Once the non-refundable deposit is paid, the balance is $400. Per the agreement, the balance will be paid in three (3) monthly installments as follows:

Deposit (non-refundable) - $50
July - $225
August - $225

All installments should be received by the 15th of each month unless otherwise confirmed.

Cancellation & Forfeiture:

Cancelation

Due to the timing of this retreat, no refunds will be issued. However, if for some reason an attendee is unable to attend, the spot is transferable to another Black Woman 21+ years old.

If the retreat balance is paid in full, the spot is fully transferable. If the retreat balance is not paid in full, the balance will be transferred to the new attendee for payment.

Forfeiture

Our goal is to communicate with our attendees if an installment has not been made per the agreement. However, if an installment is not made by the due date and there is no communication from the attendee, the host reserves the right to consider the spot forfeited.
