Please plan to arrive in St. Lucia on Thursday, April 23rd.  

Villa check-in time is 3:00 pm on April 23rd, and check-out is 11:00 am on April 27th.  

Airport Transfers:

Private Group transportation from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) will take you to the Stonefield Villa Resort in Soufriere, St. Lucia.

The drive to the resort is approximately one hour. 

Private transportation will be provided by H&A Tours. The driver will be waiting at the airport exit with a sign for Stonefield Resort. 

Transportation has been scheduled based on flight arrival time as indicated below:

• 1:35pm - Krista, Latonya, Tracy
• 2:02 - Maketa
• 2:27 & 2:37 - Andrea, Delie, Tee, Sunny
• 3:25 - Larina

PLEASE NOTE: The retreat opens with the 7:00 pm All-White Welcome Dinner. 

The St. Lucia online immigration form must be completed no earlier than 72 hours before arrival. Please be sure to complete this timely and have the QR code available upon arrival to St. Lucia.

The official currency of St. Lucia is the Eastern Caribbean dollar (XCD). 

USD is widely accepted, as well as all major credit/debit cards. There is no need for currency exchange. 

Using ATMs: ATMs are widely available, and many accept international cards. However, it's advisable to inform your bank about your travel dates to avoid any potential issues with accessing funds. ATMs often provide competitive exchange rates.

Onsite Retreat Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included at the retreat site as part of your experience as follows.

• Breakfast - The retreat location offers breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 am daily at Mango Tree Restaurant. Your retreat includes "The Stonefield Breakfast Accommodation Package" The full breakfast menu can be viewed HERE. 
• Lunch - Two (2) credits for $30. Total credit is $60
• Dinner - Three  (3) credits for $50, totaling $150. The dinner menu can be viewed HERE. 

Please note: 

• Any amount that exceeds the credit will be an out-of-pocket expense due at check -out
• Gratuity is only included in the Welcome Dinner and Closing Dinner. 

Offsite Retreat Meals

The cost of all off-site meals during activities/excursions on the retreat agenda is included. All other meals and snacks are not included. 

Meal & Spa Credits

The communicated spa & meal credits will be added as a credit to your villa. Although the credits are intended for spa treatments and meals, it is an overall credit to be used during your stay. At check out, you will receive an itemized bill, if charges for meals, spa treatments, additional transportation, etc, exceed the credit, the balance will have to be paid as an out of pocket expense. 

For example, if it has been communicated that you have a $300 spa credit and the current meal credit $210 (lunch (2) and dinner (3), that is a total credit of $520. If the total of charges at checkout are $500, then you will have to pay the $20 out of pocket. 

As another example, if it has been communicated that you have a $160 spa credit and the current meal credit $210 (lunch (2) and dinner (3)), that is a total credit of $320. If the total of charges at checkout are $320, then you will not have to pay anything out of pocket. However, the remaining $20 from the credit will be lost. 

I encourage you to use as much of the credit as possible since there are no refunds for unused credits.

Q: What should I pack?
A: Casual and comfortable clothing, swimwear, yoga attire, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle are essentials. I recommend bringing pool floats to relax in your private pool. 

Check the weather forecast closer to your departure for any additional items. Lounge wear, great walking shoes, pool gear. Clothing made of breathable fabric will serve you best. There are special occasion experiences that are color-specific. Please bring/wear based on the request.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available at the retreat location?
A: Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the estate, but we encourage you to take this opportunity to disconnect and fully immerse yourself in the experience. We encourage you to purchase VPN coverage if you have secure computing needs. We can provide recommendations for service options if needed. 

Q: What is the weather like in St. Lucia? 
 A. You will be in tropical weather. It can be very warm during the day and chilly (tropical chilly isn't extreme cold) at night. Expect more warm days and be prepared for some perspiration.

• Sulfur Mud Bath Experience - Please be prepared to depart at 9:00 am. The location is a 15 - 20 minute drive from the retreat location. 

What to bring/wear: 

• Sulfur Mud Bath Experience - Please wear a dark-colored or old swimsuit, sunscreen, a towel (an old one from home), and a change of clothes. Please wear clothes and shoes (flip flops/water shoes) that can get wet, and remove all jewelry as sulphur can damage it.  

April 25th:

• Morning Centering - 8:00 - 8:30am
• Free Time/Relaxation/Spa Treatment - 9:00 am - 3:30pm
• Sunset Cruise - 3:30 -  6:30 pm 

Transportation:

• Sunset Cruise - Please be prepared to depart the resort at 3:30 pm. 

What to bring/wear:

• Morning Centering - Please wear yoga or comfortable clothing. Also, please bring your yoga mat and water. 
• Sunset Cruise  - We will be on the water relaxing. Wear whatever you are comfortable in. 

April 26th:

• Free Time & Exploration - 8:00 am - 3:00 pm 
  • This is your opportunity to explore St. Lucia or simply relax and just be. 
• Beautiful Black Queen Mini Photo Shoot - 3:00 - 6:00 pm 
• Closing Dinner/Event - 7:00 pm  - This is an off-site cultural dinner experience

Transportation:

• Closing Dinner - We will depart the resort at 6:30pm

What to bring/wear:

• Beautiful Black Queen Mini Photo Shoot - Wear attire of your choice for 12-15 minute individual session. Please wear melanin swimsuit and cover-up for the group photo. 
• Closing Dinner/Event - Please wear Carribean vibe attire. 

April 27th:

• Personal Morning Centering (Activity to be communicated)
• Free Time/Relaxation/Spa Treatment 
• Villa Checkout/Airport Transfers 11:00 am - Private Transportation from resort is scheduled no later than 11:30am. 

Villa check-out is at 11:00 am. 

Transportation to the airport is based on flight departure time. Villa departure time will be directly communicated by your retreat team.
