I understand that this deposit is fully-refundable (only if I confirm not moving forward within 24 hours from the intake call) and non-transferrable.

I understand that I have 45 days from the date of the initial non-refundable deposit to cancel my attendance at this retreat. For example, if I register for the retreat on January 1, 2026, I have until February 15 , 2026, at midnight to notify the retreat coordinator that I am no longer attending. I also understand that my deposit will not be refunded, but any payments towards the retreat balance will be fully refunded. Lastly, I understand if I cancel after 45 days from the date of the initial deposit all payments made towards the balance, will not be refunded.

I understand if I miss two consecutive monthly retreat installments, the retreat host reserves the right to cancel my retreat spot and no refunds will be issued.

Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat Booking Terms and Conditions Reservation Policy:

These are the terms and conditions that will apply to your booking. These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the organizers and the participant relating to Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat, and act as a binding agreement. All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the terms and conditions that follow. By making a booking with Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, to be bound by the terms and conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat Retreat sends a confirmation email and when you have completed the deposit payment. **Please note that Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat only offers retreats to women, 21 years of age and older. Unless a mother is accompanying and sharing accommodations with her 18-year-old daughter.

Deposits & Payments Policy:

Deposit & Payments for all advertised retreats and dates, a non-refundable deposit per person, plus submission of our online booking form, is required to complete your booking. The deposit for Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat is $200.00 (and subject to change based on the booking date). There will be other payments due utilizing a payment plan. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Payment plans must be completed in full by August 1, 2025. If the final balance is not received by August 1, 2025, then your booking cannot be guaranteed, and Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat reserves the right to cancel your booking. Please note payments made on all bookings are non-refundable but transferable to another woman, 21 years or older who is NOT already on the attendee list ONLY when the full payment plan has been completed. The new attendee must make the FULL deposit of $200.

Cancelation Policy:

We understand that unexpected events can arise that affect your plans. If for any reason you are unable to attend The Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat, the following cancellation policy is applied: a. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. b. You have 30 days from the date of booking to cancel your booking and all payments (not including credit/debt/bank fees) less the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. b. The remaining balance is due August 1, 2025, unless otherwise noted. c. If you cancel without transferring as stated in the above section, the deposit and any payments made will be forfeited. d. Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you are unreachable to finalize payment by August 1, 2025. We reserve the right to resell your place, and you will forfeit your deposit & payments made. e. Having completed the booking and paid the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Pricing for all retreat prices shown are per person, quoted and payable in USD. Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by credit card/bank for processing funds in another currency. Not included in the price of your retreat booking are flights, travel insurance, medical insurance, excess baggage charges, tipping, and any food, drink, or additional activities that are not confirmed as being part of the retreat activities/workshops itinerary. Additionally, any items or services purchased during the retreat are not included in the cost of your booking unless specifically stated.

Cancellation by Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat. We reserve the right to cancel a retreat for any reason at our sole discretion including but not limited to - low participants, compromised safety, or life-threatening situations. In case of cancellation, refunds will be made in full to all participants. Suite Reservations We offer single occupancy suites as well as shared single bed occupancy depending on resort location. These terms are outlined in specific retreat packages.

Travel Documents:

A valid passport is required for entry, departure, and travel to retreat destinations. The passport must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Participants accept full responsibility for all visas, permits, and certificates (if required).

Personal Safety and Trip Enjoyment:

We take your safety and well-being very seriously. Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat is not responsible for any medical injuries, physical injuries, or illnesses of attendees. Attendees accept sole responsibility for health and wellness. Attendees have the right to not participate in any activity while on The Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat. Attendee accepts sole responsibility for personal wellness and ensures that they are able, physically well, and mentally stable to participate in any and all parts of The Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat.

Medical Conditions and Special Requirements:

All participants must inform The Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat, per the registration form, of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability, or any other mental or physical condition that may affect the ability to travel. Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat requires purchasing travel and medical insurance before attending any Relax and Rejuvenate Retreats. Before attending one of our retreat destinations, you will be required to sign a liability waiver.

Personal Property & Responsibility:

Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal or business property that attendee willingly brings with them on their retreat. Upon check-in, we highly recommend placing valuables in a safe and/or secured location. Please limit your valuables. Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat highly recommends that attendees obtain property insurance over valuables while traveling to and during any of our retreat destinations.

Resort and Travel Responsibilities:

All attendees are subject to the rules and regulations of the resort policies in which Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat will be held. If there is any damage to the property or rules are broken, the attendee takes sole responsibility for consequences administered by the resort or country of travel. This includes but is not limited to property damage, drug usage, loss of life, thievery, and public intoxication.

Photos, Video, and Content Creation:

In the course of participation in The Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat, photos or videos may be taken by participants, guides, and professional photographers. These images may be used in any of The Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat's promotional materials, website, and all social media platforms unless participants specifically request the host not to use any material they are depicted in. Otherwise, permission is granted to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

Liability:

Relax and Rejuvenate Retreat is not responsible for “acts of God.” This refers to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, airport closures or delays, and intentional or accidental failures of
