Important Retreat Arrival Details:

Please plan to arrive in St. Lucia on Thursday, October 23rd.  

Villa check-in time is 3:00 pm on October 23rd, and check-out is 11:00 am on October 27th.  

Airport Transfers:

Private transportation from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) will take you to the Stonefield Villa Resort in Soufriere, St. Lucia

Arrival:

Group transportation has been scheduled since everyone gets in around the same time. 

Transportation will be provided by H&A Tours. Upon exit from the airport, a driver will be holding a sign "FWBRW - R&R St. Lucia". If you are unable to locate the driver, please contact transportation via WhatsApp at (758) 726-8687. 

The drive to the resort is approximately one hour. 

PLEASE NOTE: The retreat opens with the 7:00 pm All-White Welcome Dinner.

 The official currency of St. Lucia is the Eastern Caribbean dollar (XCD). 

USD is widely accepted, as well as all major credit/debit cards. There is no need for currency exchange. 

Using ATMs: ATMs are widely available, and many accept international cards. However, it's advisable to inform your bank about your travel dates to avoid any potential issues with accessing funds. ATMs often provide competitive exchange rates.

Included in your experience is a $300 credit for spa treatments.

Spa Treatments are scheduled on October 25th from 4-7 pm at the Rainforest Spa at Sugar Beach. Please review the link below for spa selection and remaining spa credit. Treatment time will be updated once confirmed.

Escape Spa (On-Site)

Spa treatments can be scheduled by you on arrival, based on availability. The remaining spa credit can be applied to the selected spa treatment. If the spa credit is not used, this credit will be refunded to you at the end of the retreat.

Onsite Retreat Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included at the retreat site as part of your experience as follows.

• Breakfast - The retreat location offers breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 am daily at Mango Tree Restaurant. The meal plan menu can be viewed HERE. 
• Lunch - One (1) credit for $30
• Dinner - Four  (4) credits for $50, totaling $200

Please note: 

• Any amount that exceeds the credit will be an out-of-pocket expense. 
• Gratuity is only included in the Welcome Dinner and Closing Dinner. 

Offsite Retreat Meals

The cost of all off-site meals during activities/excursions on the retreat agenda is included.

Q: What should I pack?
A: Casual and comfortable clothing, swimwear, yoga attire, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle are essentials. I recommend bringing pool floats to relax in your private pool. 

Check the weather forecast closer to your departure for any additional items. Lounge wear, great walking shoes, pool gear. Clothing made of breathable fabric will serve you best. There are special occasion experiences that are color-specific. Please bring/wear based on the request.

Themed Attire:

• Welcome Dinner - All White Attire
• Pool Side Photo Shoot - Chakra color bathing suite/cover up based on quiz (see email sent 9/3 for details)
• Closing Event - Melalin Color (more information on this to come)

Q: Is Wi-Fi available at the retreat location?
A: Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the estate, but we encourage you to take this opportunity to disconnect and fully immerse yourself in the experience. We encourage you to purchase VPN coverage if you have secure computing needs. We can provide recommendations for service options if needed. 

Q: What is the weather like in St. Lucia? 
 A. You will be in tropical weather. It can be very warm during the day and chilly (tropical chilly isn't extreme cold) at night. Expect more warm days and be prepared for some perspiration.

Transportation to the airport is based on flight departure time. Villa departure time will be directly communicated by your retreat team.

Transportation:

• Sulfur Mud Bath Experience - Please be prepared to depart at 9:30 am. The location is a 15 - 20 minute drive from the retreat location. 

What to bring/wear: 

• Sulfur Mud Bath Experience - Please wear a dark-colored or old swimsuit, sunscreen, a towel (an old one from home), and a change of clothes. Please wear clothes and shoes (flip flops/water shoes) that can get wet, and remove all jewelry as sulphur can damage it.  
• Evening Centering -Cute pajama set 

October 25th:

• Morning Centering - 8:30 - 9:00 am
• Free Time/Relaxation - 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
• Hotel Chocolat Cacao Experience (Lunch Included) - 1:00 -  4:00 pm 
• The Rain Forest Spa Experience - 4:00 - 7:00 pm 
• Personal Evening Centering - 8:00 pm

Transportation:

• Hotel Chocolat Cacao Experience - Please be prepared to depart the villa at 12:30 pm. 

What to bring/wear:

• Morning Centering - Please wear yoga or comfortable clothing. Also, please bring your yoga mat and water. 
• Hotel Chocolat Cacao Experience  - Please dress comfortably, including walking shoes. 
• The Rain Forest Spa Experience - Please bring a bathing suit (steam room option).

October 26th:

• Free Time & Exploration - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm 
  • This is your opportunity to explore St. Lucia or simply relax and just be. 
• Beautiful Black Queen Mini Photo Shoot - 4:00 - 6:00 pm 
• Closing Dinner/Event - 7:30 pm  

What to bring/wear:

• Beautiful Black Queen Mini Photo Shoot - Please wear attire of your choice for 15 15-minute individual session. Please wear chakra colored swimsuit and cover-up for the group photo. 
• Closing Dinner/Event - Please wear melalin attire. 

October 27th:

• Personal Morning Centering (Activity to be communicated)
• Free Time/Relaxation
