Onsite Retreat Meals

• Breakfast (3) - Breakfast is included in the retreat cost and will be prepared at the retreat site each morning, taking into account dietary restrictions. Alternatively, we may head to a nearby cafe. 
• Lunch (0) - Lunch is not included in the retreat experience. 
• Dinner (2) - Two dinners are included in the retreat cost. The Welcome dinner and the Closing event dinner.  

Offsite Retreat Meals

Any meals, snacks, etc that are not included in the retreat agenda will be an out-of-pocket expense. 

September 6th:

• Morning Centering (Yoga/ Guided Meditation/Walking)
• Breakfast 
• Personal Time/Exploration - 10:00 am - 2:00 pm 
• Wine Tour & Tasting - 4:00  - 5:00 pm
• Dinner at Winery (not included) -5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• Personal/Relaxation Time - 7:00 - 8:00 pm
• Ladies Night Cute Pajama Party - 9:00 - 10:00 pm

Transportation:

• Personal Exploration/Free time - Transportation is not provided for activities that are not included in the retreat cost. Uber/Lyft is are available option. 
• Wine Tour & Tasting - Departure from Casa Fortress at 2:30 pm. 

What to bring/wear: 

• Wine Tour & Tasting -  Cute Sundress and comfortable shoes.

September 8th:

• Morning Centering (Yoga/ Guided Meditation/Walking) - 8:00 am
• Breakfast - 8:30 am
• Airport Transfers/Villa Checkout - 9:00 - 11:00 am

Transportation:

• Airport Transfers - Depart from Casa Fortress based on flight departure time. Will be communicated by the retreat team.
