A floating breakfast has been added to your experience. Please review the menu HERE and contact the restaurant to schedule. 

Please be sure to inform the restaurant which Villa you want to have your floating breakfast in, if it is not your own. 

The spa is located on the property, and to get there, please request a buggy through the concierge. 

Spa arrangements have been scheduled for those who requested I schedule them via the poll. 

If you did not answer the poll or chose to schedule them on your own, contact the spa to schedule. I will put the spa's WhatsApp in the group chat. Please schedule as soon as possible, since they get booked pretty quickly. 

Spa treatments have been paid for in advance based on your selection. If you decide to change your spa treatment, please be sure it is of equal or lesser value. If the cost is higher, the difference is an out-of-pocket expense.

Onsite Retreat Meals

Meals included at the Swan Restaurant, based on our itinerary, are:

• Breakfast - The breakfast is buffet style. The menu will change daily. Breakfast includes salad, soup, main course, egg/omelette station, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, and there will be an Asian cuisine corner. 
• Lunch - Based on our itinerary, three (3) lunches not to exceed $15 each per person will be provided at the retreat site. 
• Dinner - Based on our itinerary, five (5) dinners not to exceed $20 each per person will be provided at the retreat site. 

A credit of $150 has been added to your suite for on-site retreat meals. Please provide your server with your villa and suite number. 

If the amount of the credit is exceeded, the difference will be an out-of-pocket expense to be paid at checkout. 

Room service can be ordered at no additional cost.

Offsite Retreat Meals

The cost of all off-site meals during activities/excursions on the retreat agenda is included. 

Offsite retreat meals, not to exceed per person, will be communicated. 

June 26th:

• Airport Transfers

June 27th:

• Breakfast -  7am - 10:30am
• Opening Ceremony @ Hotel Komune - 11am - 12pm
• Beach & Pool Relaxation 12pm - 3pm (Lunch, Welcome Massages, Fun)
• All White Welcome Dinner - 7pm - 9pm

Transportation:

• Breakfast - The options to get to Swan Restaurant are to walk or call the concierge for the buggy. 
• Opening Ceremony - Please be prepared to depart at 10:30 am. Komune is a few minutes away. We will get there by buggy or car. You will receive communication when the driver is ready. 
• All - White Welcome Dinner - The dinner is at Swan Restaurant on the property. Please be prepared to leave the villa by 6:30 p.m. Communication for transportation will be sent out when the driver is ready. 

What to bring/wear: 

• Opening Ceremony - Please wear yoga or comfortable clothing. If you have a sarong, you can wear your bathing suit under it. Also, please bring your journal and yoga mat. 
• Beach & Pool Relaxation -Bathing suit, beach towel,  sunglasses, a book if you want to read, water shoes, AirPods for music, etc. 

June 28th:

• Gentle Yoga - 8:30am - 9:00am
• Breakfast - 7am - 11am
• Sababay Wine Tour & Tasting (Lunch Included) - 1 -  3 pm 
• Ubud Center - 3-5pm (optional, please let me know if you do not want to join us)
• Relaxation/Spa Treatment/Free Time 6 - 8 pm
• Dinner at Swan Restaurant (Last order at 9 pm) 

Transportation:

• Sababay Wine Tour & Tasting - Please be prepared to depart the villa at 12:30 pm. The car will be waiting outside your villa at this time.  

What to bring/wear:

• Gentle Yoga - Please wear yoga or comfortable clothing. Also, please bring your yoga mat, yoga towel, and journal. 
• Sababay Wine Tour & Tasting - Please dress comfortably. This is no longer picnic style due to the weather. 

June 29th:

• Morning Centering - 9 - 9:30am (Group walk around the property/or on the beach) 
• Breakfast -  7am - 11am

• Please bring a bathing suit for the bath treatment. Your therapist will take beautiful pictures/videos on your phone.

July 1st:

• Bali Swing - 10 am - 2 pm (Lunch Included)

• Bali Swing - They have dress options there. However, if you brought a flying dress, please bring it. Please wear comfortable shoes, a phone with storage for pictures.  The swings are a very popular tourist location and at times can be very crowded, and some other tourists can be rude.

July 2nd:

• Sunrise Lite Breakfast -  6am - 6:30am 
• Relaxation/Spa Treatment/Free Time - 11:00 am - 4:00 pm 
• Closing Dinner Event (Melanin Attire) - 6:00 -9:00 pm

• Closing Dinner Event - Departure from Villa at 4:30 pm.

• Closing Dinner Event - Please wear Melanin attire. 

Additional Information:

This is the evening when both retreat hosts bring retreat groups together for a closing dinner. The other retreat host will have photographers and videographers for the first part of the closing. If you do not want to be included in photos or videos, please let me know.

Transportation: 

Transportation will be provided from Desa Swan Villas to the airport only at check-out.
